"We were pleasantly surprise with this hotel/apartment. The staff was so friendly and personable. They went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They were very helpful with booking our taxi, and transportation to and from the airport. The room was very spacious for a family of 4. The sofa bed was very comfortable. "The apartment is easy to find and well signposted. Inside is beautiful, clean and spacious and we absolutely loved the location! Right next to the famous Rue Cler with plenty cafes/restaurants and fresh food markets, boulangeries/patisseries etc! So much choice to eat out or pick up supplies for the apartment-whatever your preference! (I loved the organic fruit and veg market on the corner) It is also very close walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and a few minutes to the Metro to get around...

"Absolutely lovely and spacious. Super convenient to walk to Louvre and Notre Dame. Easy access to Metro to go throughout the city. A little bit of street noise from the restaurants (we were on the 4th floor) but goes down around 10/10:30. Lots of options for food and goodies in the Les Halles area. Laundry is a plus but keep in mind the cycles for wash and dry are long. "

"There was no staff on site at all, We were given combonations to enter from the street and a combonarion to enter the room. The rooms had little which appeared to be sugar ants througout the rooms."
