"Stay was overall okay. Stayed here 5 nights and the very first morning discovered our tub was clogged. Had to shower in standing water. We reported it and maintenance fixed the issue later that same evening so no complaints after that. My main complaint is that we didn’t receive housekeeping services at all during our stay. They say they come every 3 days but no service was ever provided. When I finally decided to call and request housekeeping service they said they wouldn’t be able to because of the number of guests. Due to this we Had to get a new set of towels every day on our own from the front desk and keep our trash neatly stacked until we had a moment to throw it away every other day. Other than that our stay was OKAY. typical average hotel. Small lobby/breakfast area but not too bad. "

"On top of the room rate there's a $100 incidental, refundable. $25 non refundable for the dog. Upon entering the fragrant aroma of marijuana fills the Halls. I was greeted by a very friendly staff member Gala, I believe. After retrieving keys, I drove around to a side door where my room would be located next to stairs. No problem. The hallways and carpet showed seasons of better wear. Also not a big problem. After opening the weighted door I was A little embarrassed to walk in the room. For the price per night it was somewhat fair. The AC worked great! The beds are not the most comfortable hard mattresses await your tired back. If you're looking for a dust-free zone, this is not it. Trash was located in the armoire. The top of the armoire distributed a very fine cloud of dust after one bag disrupted it. Turning on the TV. You will be disappointed that DirecTV does not direct anything in that hotel, especially TV. We were lucky to find a few channels that weren't unpaid for, waiting for programming, or in a different language all together than English. The evening time relented a new smell in the corner of the room. Mold. As a person with health issues. I would not recommend this to be your first choice. Pool is okay. Jacuzzi way over chlorinated. The hotel is pet friendly but lacks anywhere with reprieve from the heat for pets. The staff did try and accommodate my pet as he was noisy. Basic self-serve breakfast was lacking. 1 night? Ok. More? 😑 Hampton next time!!!!!!"

"Very Nice hotel. Quite large. We stayed on the 7th Floor. Several elevators so it was easy to go up and down without delays. Very clean and comfortable and the staff were great!"
