A lovely hotel in an old custom house on the square in the centre of Ordunia. Excellent food and well situated to explore on foot. Highly recommended!

Parking safe and good value

Two on us stsyed here on a motorcycle trip,owner very welcoming and hospitable. Accomodation clean and tidy,good nights sleep. Breakfast great,plenty of choice. Secure private parking around the back for the motorbikes. Two cafe bars close by both good food and drink. Would recommend.

This was an amazing and unique experience, like nothing else we have stayed at and we have travelled a lot. You cannot go through life without experiencing a night here. A real big tick on your “bucket list” Lorena who looked after us was amazing and we wanted for nothing Lovely food and wine in the evening and delicious breakfast all served to your room. The ambience of this beautiful place was simply wonderful.

Gorgeously decorated to suit the medieval building, very ample room with everything one needs for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was great! Fresh fruit, yoghurt, muesli, ham, cheese, nuts, cakes, toast and jam. The lady owner was very welcoming and helpful. Although Hotels.com advertises the Tower with air conditioning, the place does not have it, but despite the hot weather the room stayed sufficiently cool to enjoy the Tower and the surroundings. Highly recommended for its uniqueness.

Great property with fabulous, well kept rooms and lovely staff. A great pool area and lots of activities for families as well as a nice play area. Breakfast not so great sadly, eggs were green, bread and pastries were stale and hard, even juice was bitter and acidic. Sadly no vegetarian food at the restaurant last night either so, have left hungry… but it was a really nice hotel. If you’re not bothered about food, it’s definitely worth the stay!

Nice small hotel. Comfortable bed and room. Bathroom renovated, clean and working well.

Very good location, quiet neighbourhood. Spacious and clean. We had a trouble with the freezer, but staff was very quick answering. No24hrs parking in the area, next one is at least 6 minutes from the property.

Great place to stay. We stayed night before ferry from Bilbao which was conveniently just 1.5 hours drive to the port
