"Ladesäule auf dem Gelände ist natürlich super. Lage an sich auch gut. Alles andere hat nicht im Ansatz 4 Sterne verdient. Alles ist alt, Wände teilweise brüchig und kaputt, bis auf neue Kommoden und Fernseher, ist nichts auf dem Neusten Stand. Das Wlan hat nur in der Lobby funktioniert, im Zimmer gar nicht. Für 4 Sterne und den Preis pro Nacht, sind wir richtig enttäuscht worden."

"This is a charming old palace with lots of personality and the staff all were excellent. It was a welcome overnight refuge from Pisa after our plane was cancelled. Keep in mind it’s primarily a spa hotel with its own rhythms. And the food was delicious if a bit pricey. Also try the gelato shop across the street for the best gelato."

"We had a really lovely stay in Pisa. The room was cosy, spotlessly clean, and in a fantastic central location, making it easy to explore the city. The check-in and check-out process was simple and hassle-free, and we really appreciated being able to leave our bags when we arrived early. "We were greeted very warmly on arrival by the friendly receptionist. Our room had plenty of space and a lovely veranda with a table, chairs and sun-beds with pool towers on. The pool area was very clean with a few sun-beds and comfy seating plus a hammock and another lovely outdoor area for relaxing. Not right on the beach but a short ride on our motorbike to the seafront where there was a lovely market plus bars & restaurants."
