They went above and beyond our expectations and emailed to say that the room was ready When we arrived back at check in they had upgraded our room. "Stayed here a few times now, the hotel is kept clean by a great team, nice to see the same staff faces. Didn't get much of a chance to use the pool area, but that was also kept clean. Breakfast the same as always, no change in items, but enjoyed what we had. Will stay again."
