"In my travels, I have rarely found a hotel that could rate as "perfect." The Arenas is perfect. The rooms are well designed, with all sorts of amenities, and they are well tended by staff. We were on the executive floor with staff support throughout the day. Granddaughters were on the floor below with almost the same experience, including a little bouquet of fresh flowers in the room. Concierge assistance was outstanding. Dinners and breakfasts were excellent and located in a magical setting. The pool areas were lovely."

"Very good hotel. Two issues: AC system is programmed to shutdown every time the room door is opened. Quite annoying to restart it. The 1st floor carpet is full of ugly stains despite the entire building’s beautifully renovated. Other than that- perfect."
