"Rooms are a bit compact and the AC took quite a while to cool the room but everything else was fine. Middle of July and very hot outside.
Staff were helpful. Breakfast was better than expected but don't expect your full English style. It's really about as in the middle of things as you could get.
Loved the firm mattress but some may feel different. We had two rooms and extended our stay."

"Hotel is in a really good location, not only is it very close to the Grand Bazar and the Haga Sophia Mosque, but also a 3 minute walk to either the tram or the Metro. There are restaurants very close by.It's a small hotel, beds, shower etc. are absolutly fine. Breakfast is adequate, the only complaint I might have is that the coffee for breakfast was very bland and flavourless. "
"The location was ideal for touring the city. The staff was amazing. Mehmet, and the entire breakfast staff, were friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff was helpful with arranging tours and transfers. The room was comfortable and quiet (even though our balcony was on a main street), and the shower was fantastic. "I've been Istanbul 7 times and this was the very best of all my stays. I will definitely return to this hotel. The staff, especially Burac was amazing, he was so helpful and tried his best to make our stay comfortable. The only 2 things downside about this hotel are: 1. they have 2 single beds joined together to make a double bed, which wasn't comfortable and neither what we had expected when we requested for a double bed and 2. the limited actual double beds they had were more towards the front...
