"Nice little hotel, staff was friendly. Wouldn’t recommend if you were planning on visiting the old town as it’s not exactly walkable and there is 1 cab driver and he charged us 20 euro for a 5 minute drive from the train station but 25 euro for the 15 minute drive up into old town! We booked last minute so that’s on us."

"Hotel Duomo is perfectly located for exploring Orvieto. The hotel is stylishly decorated and room 204 was very comfortable. The breakfast selection was good and tasty. The sour cherry tart was delicious. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly especially Pietro who helped secure us a taxi after midnight as we missed our train at Rome. Riccardo too was very friendly. Pleased we chose Orvieto and Hotel Duomo."

"Quite possibly the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. It was two twin boxsprings pushed together with very flat pillows. It was like sleeping on plywood. There was alot of street noise plus the windows were very dirty. Breakfast was good. Overall, not worth the money."

"My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We loved the property grounds and the view of Orvieto. The staff were welcoming and super helpful. During our stay the wifi was not good and hardly accessible, which was frustrating. The posting lists laundry facilities, which we assumed was accessible for guests to use on property, however, it was a service in which we gave our laundry to be cleaned and then ended up paying 25 euros and took over 36 hours to be returned.
