"Très déçu par ce séjour. Des l onboarding nous sommes mal accueilli avec un personnel désagréable. Puis lors du check in on m indique que le linge de lit et de toilette ainsi que le ménage de fin de séjour n est pas inclus. J ai du régler plus de 80€ pour le kit alors que dans le descriptif il était noté que le kit était inclus ainsi que le ménage (en dehors de la cuisine) j ai montré le descriptif sur la plate-forme mais je me suis heurtée à un mur. "We hadden een ruim mooi compleet appartement met zicht op de ski pistes. Animatie activiteiten is alleen in het frans en voor ons dus niet begrijpelijk. Zwembad gaat pas om 10 open en is ca 21 graden. Wel mooi groot bad. Wellness is verder beperkt t.o.v. aantal gasten. Zelf handdoeken meenemen of extra huren. Pendelbus naar de gondel iedere 10 minuten is ideaal (2 minuutjes lopen vanuit het complex). Skibus naar ander dorp is via betaalde lijndienst!"
