"This is a great hotel to use as a place to first deal with the pangs of altitude sickness. The staff is friendly, the rooms are modern and clean, lit well, amenities are great, and the neighborhood is one of La Paz's fanciest. In the hotel you are a brief walk from the teleferico spur that takes you into La Paz proper, though you could hang out nearby in coffee shops or maybe go get a nice dinner at Gustu, just a few minutes away."

"MET Hotel exceeded my expectation in many ways! It's located on a quiet street while convenience is not sacrificed. The front desk staff are all super friendly and helpful, who really made me feel at home. The amenities are excellent: the coca leaves readily available to eliminate high altitude symptoms, and the drinking water station with unlimited refill is such a great gesture for the wellbeing of the customers.
