"Emplacement idéal, très proche de la vieille ville avec un parking à proximité ce qui permet de visiter la ville à pied sans contraintes. Nous avons loué un petit appartement de 2 chambres qui avait tout le confort nécessaire, décoré avec soin dans une résidence très haut standing rénovée. Une vraie belle surprise que je conseille à toute personne venant à Oviedo."

"El apartamento en sí, no está mal, pero hubo cosas que deberían mejorar: - Faltaban sábanas para el sofá cama y toallas para un tercer huésped, nos dimos cuenta sobre las 22h y tuvimos que ponernos en contacto con el establecimiento, los cuales, se encargaron de traerlas muy rápido (al César, lo que es del César...) - El edredón para el sofá cama, estaba hecho un gurruño dentro del canapé de la cama. - Una de las almohadas, tenía manchada la funda y la otra con una mancha enorme por dentro...

"Beautifully designed property surrounded by local farms and close to the quaint village of Tazones, only a 25 minute drive to Villaviciosa. You can hike directly to Tazones and a few other routes right from the property. The rooms are very spacious and well-appointed, modern, and clean. The kitchen has decent cookware and good silverware and plates. I would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"The property lacks kitchen equipment needed if you intend to do more than the most basic cooking. No grater, no peeler, no colander or large sieve, no kettle, no oven gloves and only one small tea towel - only one dishwasher tablet supplied and no washing detergent and no drying rack so either you use the machine drying function or you don’t wash your clothes. It’s modern, reasonably comfortable and well located very close the centre of town on a nice street. Not having a dedicated parking space...

"Exceptionally large and clean studio apt. Everything worked perfectly. The entrance communication was superb. The held my backpack while I went sightseeing. Quiet for sleeping."
