"We were there just for a morning to freshen up but the hotel is in a good location with very neat rooms and a very good breakfast. The staff were super friendly and helpful in terms of helping us in all our queries and they have a luggage storage room as well. Definitely would recommend around Santiago if you are visiting few days given its proximity to all major tourist attractions as well by uber or via metro."

"Unfortunately I had a very distressing arrival but yhe hotel staff were fabulous, so kind and helpfuland helped me the best the could at the time, Francis and Nicholas you really are the best.
The rooms was very clean although the shower could have had better water flow. I had one night that was fairly noisy until very early in the morning but the other nights were what you would expect staying in the centre of town. Plenty of good restaurants close by and very easy to get to main tourist...

The hotel also provided a bar each afternoon on an honesty system - the hotel's common areas - lounge room and courtyard were delightful and the perfect place to relax with a drink or a cup of tea. "

"Clean room. Very spacious with a very comfortable large king size bed. Great location a couple mins walk to the train. Rooftop pool and bar with great views. The only issue we had here was that uber drivers could never get to us so we would have to walk the nearby laneway and book from the main street. "

"We loved our stay at Icon Hotel! It’s a great location, right by a metro station, and the neighborhood is lively and safe. The rooftop bar has a beautiful hire, great drinks, and amazing service (especially Marcello!). The onsite restaurant is delicious.
