"We stayed at the hotel 11 to 17 of april 2026. The hotel, lobby, rooms and the terraces are well maintained and very nice and cozy. The breakfast and the buffet in the evening were very good, with continental breakfast with lots of options and local delicacies and different theme every evening like Spanish, Italian, Canarian, American and Asian cuisine and a seafood night👌✨. Was so perfect that we didn't go out much on the evenings😃 The swimming pool and a bubble pool are warmed and very nice...

Don’t be fooled by the name, it’s like a good 3 star, had I of booked a 3 star I would have been impressed, I’m not just a Karen but when I book something I feel it should be deserving of the star rating, bedrooms are defiantly not upto the cleanliness standard, one tiny little shower gel provided, which isn’t replenished, told to put towels on the floor to be changed, came back to find our old dirty towels hung back up, reception don’t answer the phone, had to go down twice and...

"5 stars is a bit generous... Basic amenities not provided or replenished... But location is convenient if staying in Las Palmas and nice beach view if you pick that room type. Dinner buffet does not include drinks and is not 'exceptional' but does have decent variety and does rotate a limited subset of stations so may cover basic needs of most people. Room was 'surface clean' but definitely not spotless..."

"Sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Alles ist top. Ein Stern Abzug aufgrund der Hellhörigkeit des Zimmers. Man hört jedes gesprochene Wort aus dem Zimmer nebenan. Wenn man mal seine Ruhe haben möchte ist dies auf dem Zimmer nicht möglich, wenn nebenan jemand wohnt. Ansonsten alles top. Zentral gelegen mit vielen Einkauf und Shoppingmöglichkeiten."

"Very limited hotel parking, 1 handicap spot. Found a space on the road, up the hill, 2 blocks away in front of a church. This is a hotel for training hotel staff. Everyone friendly and tried to be helpful but some mistakes happen and language issues (English). Pool has been removed. Other than dining in hotel only one other restaurant within walking distance. Overall very acceptable spot. "
