"Wonderful hotel ruined at checkout. Why am I paying over $300 a night only to get a bill for $400 at checkout for "Parking fees and Resort Fee? I used the shuttle a few times which should be covered by parking. The resort fee? Are you people even trying to justify this? I asked for a reduction at checkout. I can't enjoy a nice hotel if they consider me a "mark" to increase profits."
