"Nice room and great location"

"THE BREAKFAST WAS BETTER THAN EXPECTED! NICE PLACE, FORGOT TO TELL US TO USE OUR ROOM KEY FOR THE ELEVATOR. CAUSED A BIT OF CONFUSION AT FIRST. BATHROOM SINK DIDN'T DRAIN VERY WELL, FIXED IMMEDIATELY! VERY NICE PART OF TOWN, WALKING DISTANCE TO MANY RESTAURANTS AND ARENA. OVERALL I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!"

"Tv volume in our room was faulty, needed to be at max to actually be able to hear it. Also the shower water pressure was truly one of the worst I have ever experienced."

"There is no on-site parking. They had valet parking starting at $41 per day. The valets were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was not included, the breakfast restaurant at the hotel was not highly rated, so we didn't eat there. Maid service was suggested to request a day prior although you could pick things up at the front desk including more coffee pods which were good."

"It started bad, there was wrong information on their website stating check-in ended at midnight, and my flight was delayed with me not arriving until after. Even with me calling multiple times, no one would answer the phone. I eventually just showed up and they allowed me to check in. Parking is $44 a day, and you have to verbally tell them that you're not having a car or they will charge you daily. Which doesn't make sense, because when my girlfriend showed up and parked, she pulled the slip...

"The place was very cute, super clean, and the AC worked very well which was just what we needed in the heat. The host was responsive and gave us all of the instructions in a n easy-to-read and timely manner. Would come back!"
