"I had stayed at this hotel plenty of times not only in Ohio, but in other states as well. One thing I can say that it has always been clean and house keeping does an awesome job! Give them a raise please! The staff is very welcoming and I have never had any issues with my room. "

"It was a little weird check in because there was a spill that happened near the elevator that the staff was dealing with. So, never was told about amenities. Which was fine. Valet drivers couldn’t tell us only tell us that the garage closes at 9PM but didn’t know when it opened. We were told it was going to be parked at a meter but wasn’t there. Our room was very nice but around 8pm it started to smell like cigarettes and just got worse until around 10pm. Overall, everything was fine. I probably wouldn’t recommend staying here with a toddler. Restaurant was fine too. Our server was amazing. Great for couples or adult groups."
