"The property was great...nicely located in Fairborn across the street from Wright State University. Morning breakfast was good. Kind staff helped me find my cereal serving box when it was not on the counter. The housekeeping staff was great. The front desk people were excellent. The Hotel Manager was excellent. They are in the midst of renovations. Dust was kept to a minimum. If I attend this conference again next year, I will be back."

"The hotel was built in 2015 with the quality and charm of an older hotel. Considering it's age, why isn't there a fan in the bathroom? The shower was nice and large but the water temperature uncontrollable. The public areas are pleasant, but after awhile the applied scent is over whelming. (not for those with sensitivities) Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and coffee while rocking on a porch chair relaxing."

"Comfortable bed, great location. Be prepared to pay for parking. The room comes supplied with ear plugs, which were very useful. The AC, when it kicked on, was quite noisy. This may only have been an issue in our room—not sure. Downtown Dayton is very walkable! Great restaurants nearby. We didn’t try the restaurant in the hotel itself…"

"I was a little hesitant after reading reviews about this hotel. However due to booking on a nonrefundable room I decided to stay here anyway. To be next to the interstate it was actually pretty quiet. The man and lady that owns it were extremely nice all the times I dealt with them. The rooms weren't completely nasty, although there were some body hair in the bed and bathtub. The bed was comfortable also. It was a place to get a good night's rest. I just wish there were more than 2 pillows on the bed. That is really my only complaint. If I needed too I would stay here again."
