"We had a one night stay we had early flight next morning.The hotel and our room was immaculate and extremely clean and relaxing.
All staff were very professional,helpful and polite.
We had a fabulous Latte made by David.First class coffee,which is hard to find someone who knows how to make proper coffees.David was extremely friendly and polite.A credit to the hotel.
We highly recommend staying at the Best Western in Kutaisi.We will definitely return."

"The Grand Opera Hotel was perfectly situated in Kutaisi, close to all the main attractions and lots of restaurants and bars all within walking distance. The rooms were clean and comfortable with everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Kutaisi."

"We stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a very cozy atmosphere. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to help — check-in was quick and smooth.
The location is very convenient, with everything you need nearby. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others."

"Everything was clean the restaurant had a nice breakfast selection and it was very close to the center the only issue was that sometimes the bathroom had a weird smell. The receptionists were so helpful even beyond we were experiencing a problem and it was 2 in the moring and we didnt kmow what to do but the guy in the reception was great"

"The hotel is higher than the parking but there is no elevator. You need to take your luggage by yourself up the stairs. From the stairs to the building there is gravel which prevent you from rolling the luggage.
The room is very large and nice but there is no TV. Didn’t bother us as we came in late and went to sleep. The breakfast starts at 9:00 and is good. We had to pay extra for the coffee. "
