"Wonderful hotel. We were ungraded which was lovely. The majority of our stay was excellent and would mean we would recommend the hotel to others.
Two issues - breakfast started 7am and we needed to leave before that time for our ferry. No alternative. We’d paid for breakfast.
Second - We had booked the Michelin star restaurant within the building for dinner. This restaurant was advertised at breakfast on the same day. We had communication about the upcoming visit and were excited. On arrival, we found out that the restaurant had closed down that day. No one communicated that with us before. We had food in the bar on inappropriate sized tables. We raised this at checkout and the person didn’t know about the restaurant and was quite dismissive."
"Our stay was excellent. Each double room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent with a powerful shower.
To have unlimited access to the pool, spa and saunas was a great bonus.
The cafe food was delicious and really great prices with amazing service
Highly recommended."
"As always, the staff was so helpful and accommodating. I arrived a bit early, but was able to check in an hour earlier. Great cafe for breakfast, not to mention a great view of the old town and the harbor."
"Fantastic stay at the Raddison in Tallinn. The customer service was exceptional. The staff couldn’t do enough to help with queries. When the spa was out of action for a few hours, they arranged a taxi and amenities so that we could utilise the spa facilities in the sister hotel in Tallinn. The breakfast is also fantastic"
"Highly recommend. It's all done through a kiosk (luggage storage before checking in, check in, check out). There's a place to live storage and it has some safes in there for your valuables. There's also a laundromat room. The hotel is very close from old town and right next to a shopping center (supermarket included) and several restaurants."
"The room was perfect for my brief stay in Tallinn. The bed was comfortable and the different firmness in pillow options was appreciated. The hot tub, sauna and pool were the highlight of my stay. This place has really thought of all the little details down to robes in the room and a clothes line for your swimsuit. It’s located close to the Old Town but just far enough away to not hear any of the foot traffic late in the evening. It’s located about 10 minutes away from the port, which made travel days that much easier."
