"Breakfast was great. Lobby clean and inviting. Our room was on the first floor and needed a good remodel. Outdated and very worn looking. Parking was convenient and very safe area. Stayed two nights but staff wouldn’t make the bed because husband left a shirt on it. (They left a note explaining why they didn’t.) Otherwise, a great place to stay while visiting the area. "

"Southern Cross Ranch was a wonderful facility. Our room was clean. Breakfast was very fresh and delicious and the views from the breakfast room was spectacular! All staff were very warm, friendly and helpful, especially the owner, Inga; Karen in the office; Kimberly in the restaurant as was all the other staff employees. Thank you so much for your hospitality! We will definitely return! "

"The hotel met my needs for a one night stay. It was not the typical value price with the golf tournament timeframe, so it was more expensive than it should have been. It's okay for a quick stay. "

"The key system didn't work so we had no key to our room. The hotel staff had to run to our room 3 stories up to unlock the door. We asked for a cancelation and Hotels.com said it was unrefundable. We chose not to stay because we did not feel safe. Too many problems checking in and people waiting in line to complain. The property is old and needs repairs. A sign in the elevator said not to hold the door open or the elevator will not work. It was very scary. The office closed at 7 pm so we couldn get our pillows we left in the room. Never will we stay in this type of hotel again!"
