The only thing I would not give 5 stars was the service at supper. The food was delish but we were shocked as the the lack of attention and help guiding us through the menu or suggestion local options. Perhaps it was the Swedish to be standoffish. "

The building looks quite grand and the corridors speak of old-world riches. Had booked twin beds through Hotels.com but got given double - but the reception re-made the beds as twins and solved the problem. The location is very central, which is convenient, but there can be street noise during the night - so having the windows open is probably not a...

"I spent Midsummer on Visningsö and stayed at Wisningsö Hotell & Konferens. While the island is small, indeed, the hotel lies in the midst of it and offers a really good location.
