The exterior of the resort was wonderful but our room was terrible. There was water on the balcony that made it impossible to use the entire space. The furniture was old and outdated and every room, at the price I paid (way too much) should have a clean robe.

Food very average. Rooms clean and well designed. Staff amazingly friendly and helpful. Access to beach is great but beach is very dangerous. Constant red flag not to go swim. Front desk kept messing up our room keys. Had to go back three times to fix. And concierge forgot about my car rental info. ...

Hyatt Vacation Club at Hacienda del Mar, Dorado
Clean and very spacious rooms. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The pool was very clean and conveniently located. Beach was beautiful and plenty of chairs/umbrellas available. Absolutely worth getting a villa!

Really liked the location, and the views.!! Property could use some up keep on the backside, understandably, given the wind and saltwater splashes! Still loved the property!
