"The front desk staff when I checked in took 700 rupees from me as he said I didn't mention 4 people but only 3. But I booked 2 rooms and both rooms where the same amount, the room with 2 person was the same as the room with 1 person. I would have been okay if he gave me a receipt for the extra 700 he took from me, but now what I am thinking is that he took that money for himself. And that's why he didn't give me a receipt for the extra money he paid. The staff in the morning was so respectful...

"My friends and I didn't like the way we were treated upon check-in. Rooms were small. In a downtown part of town. Picture isn't truthful. Bar connected. We were afraid of local clientele. Ended up goi g to another Hotel. Came back for luggage. Never got a refund."

"I would strongly advise against staying here. The condition of the room was unacceptable and did not match the photos online at all. The pillow had a visible blood stain, and the single towel provided was ripped down the middle. The overall cleanliness was extremely poor, to the point where I did not feel comfortable staying. I checked out after only a few hours. The listing photos are very misleading, and this was a deeply disappointing experience."

"Casino Hotel Suites have a decent arrangement with a bed and dining table. The beds are very comfortable. The room's bathrooms are horrible . The ventilation within the bathrooms are not functional and so there is extensive mold growth all over the interior bathroom door. The bathroom smells musty from the mold. The hallway is also disgusting they shut the AC and so humidity and temperature spike within the hallway and there are numerous stains all along the hallway walls. On the positive side...
