"I was looking for a unique experience and this is the right hotel. While the location is further from the Cotai strip, they have a shuttle bus to bring you to the strip and taipa. There are shops and dining within the hotel. This area is shared with 2 other hotels. The casino is also shared. The grand twin room is large and very comfortable and the design was very different from other hotels I stayed at. The mini bar is free. I had a personal concierge taking care of us throughout our visit...

"A great hotel, very convenient to walk to everywhere on the Cotai strip; however, not overcrowded like the Venetian. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room controls (lights/sounds/blinds) are controlled by tablets, took a bit to get used to, but ok. Will definitely comeback. "

"Great room, staff and location. If you are gonna stay in Macau you might as well stay on the Cotai strip. It's like going to Vegas and not staying on the Vegas strip.... Why do that. "

"This hotel is very clean and good service from door men downstairs and the views from the room is incredible. The only downside is location is slightly random, not in old Macau or cotai where all the other new casinos and hotels are. "

"The casino hotel is near the monorail station and Parisian, so its very convenient. We've got a Parisan view room with complimentary snacks and drink. But there is no usb port for charging, and missing pen and small notepad(which delivered quickly after a call). Bathtub design is focus on couples, kind of a bit slippery for young kids and elderly. The signs in the lobby and casino area are not clear. Got lost a few times to find the way back to the room. And not sufficent staff to help out."
