"Loved the hotel, was a great location and easy to get to.
Rooms were fantastic and staff couldn’t do enough for you.
The only hiccup I would say is the air con was switched off meaning the rooms were too hot and stuffy. I complained but I have since learned that Italian hotels switch off their air conditioning in November because of seasonal heating and cooling regulations. They did provide a fan in the end as it was a particularly warm even in November.
The other issue was a beautiful roof top bar, nowhere do they notify you that drinks to purchase are pretty much double the cost than the other bar in the hotel. We learned this when we paid the bill. Should have at least let you know as the view was not worth the huge price hike.
Other than this it was a really nice stay and I would book again as the staff were great, food was excellent and hotel was new and modern"
