"Loved, loved, loved this place!! Staff was super friendly and very informative about local pizza places. Channel was awesome, kind and accommodating to our needs. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was wonderful with a spa and pool—both clean. The breakfast was exceptional with bacon, eggs, potatoes, cereal and all the other “continental” items. The whole hotel is a beautiful getaway. Beautifully decorated and not anything like what you would expect from a hotel in an abandoned strip...

"We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...

"We walked into the room and it smelled like a dead animal was left in the room, there were Pee spots from Animals on the carpet and again the horrible smell in the room was so terrible we had to sleep With the sliding glass door open all night. Also one of the beds had someone else’s make-up on the sheets which means they were not changed."

"It was on a beautiful property with the backdrop of the mountains. It was clean, the front desk guy was very nice. The free breakfast was very good and they made eggs and omelettes to order in addition to the buffet. I was traveling with my dog and It was wonderful to stay at a hotel this nice that was pet friendly. I would definitely stay there again."

I stayed one day. *fridge didn't work *pool was not heated as advertised *walkway was not well lit from the parking lot *bar staff not welcoming *not attempt for return business by general manager *discounts not applied across the board with clarity *room not easily cooled off Not a great stay"
