"We had a great stay, the room was very comfortable and had good quality amenities and a very comfortable bed with quality bedlinen. Loved that we had a coffee machine and kettle to make tea. The bathroom finishes were high quality, a great shower and beautiful bathtub. The room had lots of light. It is located in a busy area with a bit of noise, but there is double glazing to tone the noise levels down a bit. Airconditioning worked well. Great location."

"The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel lobby is very nice and breakfast was perfect! The rug in the room was slightly stained but the room was very clean. We had some difficulty with the air conditioning but the staff was very responsive even on a Sunday . The room was never uncomfortable although could have been a little cooler and they gave us compensation at the end of the trip because of the issue. We definitely recommend this hotel!"

"The rooms are very small and not representative of the pictures advertised. We booked two rooms (same price) and the rooms were vastly different. I spoke to reception about this when we checked in and the man was extremely dismissive and rude and told me that if we wanted to move rooms, we should come back to reception each morning and ask.
