"Was there just for a weekend and noticed the day after checking that our room was not properly cleaned. When we opened the blinds the furniture was dusty and later noticed that our shower had blue soap residue on the soap holder in the shower. At checkout we reported it and the lady at the front desk was rude. She proceeded to tell us that we could have called to have the room cleaned. I knew that. My point was that the rooms should be thoroughly cleaned prior to guess arrival. I was not even upset or asking for compensation. I was just making her aware of the issue so that it doesn’t happen again. "
