"Perfect location. Central to the island. Room was cool ..clean and quiet even above a pub. Breakfast was lovely"

"Booked a 3 night stay here.Great location, right opposite Osbourne House. Nice period property and room was spacious but tired in areas (shower had pieces of sealant hanging off and mould on the shower door). It would benefit from a good clean (eg dirty skirting boards, cobwebs, carpet stained). Hotel is situated on a main road so noisy even late at night with the windows open, although that didn't bother us. Had one evening meal here and one breakfast. Food was lovely although breakfast slow....

"Well located and very easy!"

"1 night stay, room was excellent, with everything we wanted, All of the staff we met went above and beyond the norm, and a great breakfast"

"We had a comfortable stay. It was very convenient for the cruise terminal being just a short walk away. The rooms are decorated beautifully. However, our room was starting to look a bit tired. The sink was cracked and the carpet was starting to look a bit worn. Excellent shower and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of choice for breakfast in the morning, plenty of hot and cold items on offer."
