Staff was awesome. Super friendly and accommodating, they deserve a 5 star rating. However this place smelled of manure as soon as we exited our vehicle and the rooms were infested.

Hotel muy limpio, habitaciones amplias limpias, silencioso, tiene una vista bonita al río, las piscinas limpias. La cama cómoda. Un poco oculto el hotel, a 10 minutos de la playa caminando.

No vale la pena

El precio de la habitación definitivamente NO lo vale. Desde que llegas hay un olor a basura en áreas comunes (en las habitaciones no). El ventilador del techo estaba roto, la cerradura del baño estaba rota. Hay 20 habitaciones y solo 10 cajones de estacionamiento, desde la noche avisamos que ibamos a salir temprano y se nos estacionaron 3 coches enfrente y no podíamos salir. 6am fueron a despertarlos para que movieran sus autos. Del lavabo y de la regadera salía muy poquita agua. Los platos del restaurante decian Italian Coffee. Tienen 3 gatos y 1 perro. El perro me mordió la pierna y los gatos están dentro del restaurante pidiéndote comida. En la cama había cabellos.

Decepcionante! Para el precio que pague, es mucho para lo que ofrecen. La piscina horrible, tiene musgo. Obviamente no le dan mantenimiento. Poca agua en la ducha de los cuartos. Para desayunar en el hotel, no había llegado la persona que atiende. En él área de la piscina muy sucia, muebles viejos y dañados, botellas de cerveza en el piso, mucha basura. No me vuelvo a quedar en este hotel.

Bueno, el primer problema es que es un lugar un poco apartado, lo que genera una sensación de inseguridad el precio es alto para la ubicación e instalaciones, ya que no están mal pero son como cuquier hotel estándar, lo que si es increíble es la vista del lago y el mar está cerca hay muchos restaurantes y la playa es muy bonita

La estancia en el hotel gran Palmeiras fue muy satisfactoria el hotel es agradable limpio confortable, el personal muy amable me sentí como en casa lo recomiendo ampliamente
