Very clean rooms, friendly staff. Pet friendly - even the dining! A separate area was established in the lobby outside the restaurant to allow guests to have their pets with them for dinner. Off street parking was secure, and the room was very spacious.

An older hotel and it shows a bit. On a noisey but conviennent street. Easy city bus access and lots of great restaurants and street food around. Acceptable wifi. Great front desk staff, thank-you Rebecca. Nice mexican style breakfasts.

My dogs and I enjoyed our stay, the staff was very friendly, for the price the room was fair. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the electrical outlets are still the two prong type one and not the three type ones. I had asked for an adapter at the reception, but to my dismay they didn’t have any. I couldn’t advance my home office work, but nevertheless still enjoyed my stay.

There were cockroaches and ants in the room , some of the light didn’t work in the bathroom. A/C unit didn’t cool the whole room. Bed was extremely hard due to the bottom being plywood instead of a box spring. Toilet was constantly getting clogged. The whole building didn’t have A/C in certain areas.

El mar se veía hermoso desde mi habitación, creo que el si hace falta cambio de colchones ya se encuentran muy desgastados, la atención del personal en su mayoría todos muy amables y atentos solo uno en el restaurante que si fue muy déspota y te atiende con mala actitud. Lo demás estuvo excelente 😊

En general, la estancia estuvo muy bien, la vista, todo. Solo hubo un incidente con una persona en el servicio de desayuno el primer día, nos dijo que nos cobraban por cada cosa que quisiéramos comer y que el desayuno incluido en nuestra estancia solo era prácticamente café. Al segundo día nos atendió otra persona y nos explico mejor como era el servicio. De ahí en fuera todo perfecto.
