Nice hotel, little slow to check-in. Everything clean and working. Pool area was good, lots of loungers and hot tub working. Great breakfast which was made by the on-site restaurant, so fresher than the usual free breakfasts!

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location for an overnight stay. Convenient for an evening stroll along the river. Mall and a few chain restaurants close by.

Great welcome at reception on arrival, room was clean bright and very comfortable. Breakfast was average.

The hotel is easy to find approximately 10 miles from downtown Spokane. There is plenty of free parking available. The staff are great. The rooms are very large, comfortable and well appointed.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful, especially when I couldn’t get the tv to work. The bed was so comfortable it was like sleeping on a cloud. The only thing I was disappointed by was the hot water in the shower. It was capped at fairly warm, definitely not hot. And after a 15 hour travel day all a gal wants is a HOT shower. Aside from that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
