"We've stayed here many times. Always good service and comfortable rooms. We've not eaten on property as the one block walk to Cossetta has become a tradition for us, so I can't speak to that. The kids love the pool and the hot tub is relaxing! Always pleasant and helpful staff."

"I’m from Chicago but I took my son to MOA to celebrate his 7th birthday! We had a blast!!! I seriously couldn’t have picked a better hotel!! Front desk staff was super nice, ALL OF THEM!! Hotel was superrrr clean!! Sheets were clean, pillow cases were clean, towels, etc!! The pool area was sooo nice!!! We had soo much fun!! There’s also a restaurant inside of the hotel, the food was soooo good!! I also ordered a few drinks and drunk them in the pool area, it was such a great time!!!! OMG WAITTT! The best part, they have a shuttle that takes you to MOA (Mall of America), our driver was Jill!! She is such a sweetheart!!! We got there Friday, my son’s bday was Saturday, we seen Jill again Saturday and she wished him a happy bday!! That was sooo nice of her to remember!! We just made it home and I’m watching all of the videos from the weekend and I can’t wait to go back!! I’m for sure staying here again!!! This is not a paid review, it’s my honest experience!! Their customer service and hospitality is on point!!! See you all really soon!!!"

"Lots of hospitality from checking in to the front desk the next morning having to request an Uber due to no airport shuttle driver available PLUS the fresh cookies, tea & coffee available. And, allowing us to eat breakfast early 30 minutes before they opened. The room was very nice & the facilities seemed quite new; although, they indicated it was about 16 years old. Fitness room very nice. Kinda remote so grab something for dinner before arriving. About 10-12 minutes from the airport. Definitely recommend this hotel! Thanks all!!"
