"La Piccola Locanda is not a hotel, they don’t have a front desk. The owner sends an email before check in date explaining this “Albergo diffuso accomodation concept” meaning they can place you anywhere, the check in time are only from 11:00 - 2:45 and 6 -11:00 pm. The owner left me the keys on top of a barell, the entrance to the building was like a storage, no elevator, I dragged my suitcase 5 stair flights, and I was alone in the whole building, very scary! I ended up staying somewhereelse!"

"The parking states “on site”, as if there was a parking lot easy and close to get to and from, especially with luggage. The parking lot is a maze to get to and quite difficult to navigate to through the tiny streets. Other then that, place was clean, staff was great Very old school italy
Also the views were great and very nice and convenient location to walk around "

"I had a wonderful stay at Osteria del Borgo. The property was exceptionally clean and perfectly located right in the center of town, making it easy to walk everywhere. Communication throughout was excellent—the staff were friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming.

These are the rudest and most inconsiderate people you could ever encounter. My train from Venice was delayed for an hour, which caused me to miss my connection in Florence and arrive two hours late.
