"I like this hotel and for the price and convenience to Syracuse it is great. The decor is dated at this point (upgrades were maybe 90's?) but rooms are spacious and satisfactory, the restaurant is decent, the location is perfect for the farmers market, local restaurants, farms and the lake. Extremely nice staff-- a terrific option near Syracuse or while visiting lakes!"

"Was happy with the service, cleanliness and the breakfast. One thing I look for is the area that the hotel is in. This was safe and quiet. Nothing across from hotel but a rise to the expressway. No it was not noisy as it was above and away. I also loved the hiking trail across the street just off to right. Paved, maintained with seating."

"Main "complaint" is that breakfast consisted of coffee, apple, and granola bars. Luckily, Dennys is next door and McDonald's is across the street. Room was clean and slept well... except for the dog that started barking after 11pm ... maybe because the owners went out?? Luckily I had ear plugs! Check in was quick also."

"Overall good. Shampoo bottle in the shower was empty but we got little ones at the front desk. This is a pet friendly hotel and the room next door had a howling dog. It quit before bedtime fortunately."

"Pro: Room was clean and well-insulated from external noise. Staff genuinely friendly and helpful, as much as they can be Con: Climate control in living room was stuck on 'constant fan' and very loud. There was no maintenance on hand on the Saturday evening we arrived so it was resolved only the day after. Small issue - while breakfast offerings were good, the eggs were unnecessarily on the sweet side"
