"We go the hotel around 6pm, they first sent us to a dirty room. It was completely unmade as if guests have just left. We went back to the receptionist desk and she told us that she couldn’t find us a room, we sat there and waited about 20 to 30 minutes as she tried to find us a room. "It is a "loft" so it is a small space, only complaint would be no curtain, door or anything separating the shower from the whole bathroom/bedroom, even frosted glass on the shower doors would be better.
