"Odd check in process. Took a little bit to figure out where to go and eventually found the office but there was no staff present. Stood in the hallway with another pair of guests and about 10 minutes later staff came back to handle check in. Observed a frustrated interaction with the guests in front of me about mis representation of parking on site. Eventually was able to get checked in myself. "Great location for family travel in Paris 7th Arrondissement. Safe area, safe apartment (personal QR code to enter main door and apartment). Very close to Rue Cler, 15 mins walk to Eiffel Tower.
I love the decor and interior. Decent kitchen appliances and washing machine.
Would definitely stay here again.
The only downside is no Front Office staff, but they give you a Contact number. "

"A very welcome respite during one of the high heat waves in Paris. Strong, effective air conditioning and plenty of space for our needs. We didn't attempt to really cook in the small kitchen but it was nice to have a place to prepare breakfast. Quiet, peaceful location in an upscale neighborhood."

"No reception; though elevator is very new, it is on 1st floor, which means you need to carry luggage up 1 storey.
