"We had a terrible visit, I had never been so mad. We left a day early and asked for refund. Reason: NO HOT WATER. Refrigerator not working properly. Internet kept going out interrupting electronic use and the tv programs. Refrigerator stopped working after we got it cooling. Only had 2 towels 1 hand towel. "Jacuzzi was unusable, the pool was "ice cold" but refreshing, the room smelt like a dog, before our dog ever stepped in the room. The room was good enough and the price was alright."
