La struttura per quello che devo fare io con la mia famiglia era ok. Il bagno un po' angusto, la camera nel complesso era vivibile anche se vecchiotta però pulita e ben attrezzata ( climatizzatore e TV). Per un soggiorno breve come ho fatto io, cioè una notte il soggiorno è stato gradevole e accettabile.

Piacevole soggiorno a due passi dal lungomare di Viareggio. Personale molto disponibile, colazione dolce e salata, struttura molto pulita. Noi non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno ma l'unico neo è la mancanza dell'ascensore.

Sicuramente non è una struttura nuova, ma la camera, anche se piccolina, aveva tutto quello che serve, e soprattutto era tutto perfettamente funzionante. Letto comodissimo! Forse si potrebbe aggiungere una zanzariera alla finestra, durante i ricambi aria diurni ne sono entrate parecchie, e a quel punto diventa dura eliminarle😅 proprietario gentilissimo, posizione super, a due passi dal lungomare. Volendo c'è la possibilità di aggiungere pasti al soggiorno, hanno anche una sala Ristorante/Colazioni.

L'hotel avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione, soprattutto per quanto riguarda i servizi igienici tuttavia la valutazione è positiva grazie alla gentilezza del personale, un prezzo ottimo ed una posizione comodissima a due passi dal lungomare. Un posto per dormire senza dissanguarsi a Viareggio.

la posizione è decisamente comoda, praticamente a due passi dalla passeggiata mare e in pieno centro personale gentilissimo e molto cordiale, la camera pulita con letto matrimoniale molto comodo (era uso singola) purtroppo il bagnetto effettivamente piccolino ma per una notte è andato più che bene: consigliatissimo!
