Warm hospitality, large house

Fantastic apartment and great facilities

This hotel has to be up there with the very best. Absolutely fabulous. Spa centre and gymnasium were also good. Very warm indoor swimming pool if required for later in the year when a little cooler..

Good location

Amazing hotel, great location and stunning views. Gorgeous helpful staff and lovely apartments. Cleaning staff amazing too. Will definitely be going back

Had a lovely time at this hotel , the only complaint I had was the resident cat !!! Although I am an animal lover I didn't like the supposedly "white" cat that loved to sleep in the seated area at reception . It was a Nasty and unpredictable cat and although I knew not to go near it but children might not be so knowledgeable . Reception staff are always friendly and helpful .

Far better than the reviews say. Really lovely for families and older teens families. 2 bed appartment was perfect. Beautiful view of marina feom the swimming pool. Lots of restaurants to choose from.

Just returned from a lovely 5 nights at the Tivoli Marina Portimao. The apartments are in a great location close to the fantastic beach and with lovely views over the marina from the balcony .Everywhere is kept really clean.Great choice at breakfast. Pool was freezing but our 6 year old still went in. All staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. One of the ladies in reception was fantastic and helped us with information about a trip to Lagos and arranging Taxis to the airport Overall a...

Amazing stay. Staff were so friendly. Accommodation and pool area lovely.

A lovely relaxing place to stay with very helpful staff.

We had a great 2 week holiday. Vitor's village was a great choice. It is in a top location, has well maintained facilities and grounds. The staff were pleasant and attentive across the board, the reception staff speak very good English and helped us out with our return transfers - top marks for that. Our apartment was swept, mopped, daily and adequate supplies of toiletries maintained throughout. And we had fresh towels more frequently than stated in the hotels brochure. The onsite shop had most...

Good location and quiet. No breakfast.

Accessibility - The hotel property is fully wheelchair accessible, however may be difficult for a wheelchair user travelling solo as the ramps are really quite steep, some doors are not automatic and the entrance doesn’t have a lowered kerb nearby, however if you go to the right of the entrance there is a lowered kerb at the garage. The pool has wheelchair access via a steep ramp around the back of the pool bar. At the bottom there is a “half pipe” style dip (I think designed for having water...

Highly recommend the hotel. Helpful staff

I like everything for the price was amazing place for December's holidays.

Stayed for two weeks, very happy with their Customer Service and Housekeeping staff. The best thing is when we asked to be transferred to a different room the next day, they very kindly honoured our request and they put us in probably one of the best ones on the 9th floor, with great views. Of course, this is dependent on availability. It is good value for money considering the location, just a few steps away to the mini-supermarket, beach, cafes, and restaurants. Did not use the facilities...
