"Small room but cozy. The upper level was a bit scary since rebar was showing and the concrete was bowing...probably need to look at that structurally. The breakfast and the staff serving it were the true stars of our stay. Typically hotel breakfasts are all the same stuff with barely a care. But the ladies at NW are so friendly, serving, and attentive. Not to mention everything was fresh and made to order. Would definitely stay again."
