"I hadd read some reviews and rang and spoke to a man on reception....he assured me that our room would be clean. I must admit that it was reasonably clean but very tired. Good points....clean white sheets, pillow cases and towels. The bed was quite comfortable as were the pillows. The kitchen was neat and tidy....we only used cups for a cup of tea. "Please clean rooms thoroughly before staying. Also the place needs a deep clean, and new lick of paint. The beds are alright but need to present better with headboards. There was thick dust in all the vents, and ontop of dryers and washing machine. I'm glad I brought my own kettle to say the least! The concierge guy was great! And he was really kind and helpful"
