"On the positive this was a lovely property with all the amenities you would expect for a seemingly 'luxury' experience. The inside space was lovely, great balcony and en suites for both bedrooms. The living space was great and the kitchen perfect for our needs.
The pool area is clean and beautifully kept and the sea views exquisite.
The areas to improve are a few and quite important. Three nights and mornings we had no hot water. This was addressed the next day but with no apology or offer of...
