I would definitely give 0 stars if it were possible. This place was absolutely terrible; the only positive thing about it was the location. It was extremely dirty and nowhere near 4-star standards. Our first room had electrical issues and the lights wouldn’t turn on. The receptionist told us a technician could only check it the next day! The next day, the technician said the problem couldn't be fixed and we had to move rooms. In the new room, while it was -3°C and snowing outside, the heating system was broken and blowing cold air. No one took responsibility until we forced the receptionist to come and see for themselves. We eventually had to demand a portable heater just to survive the night. The pillowcases, bedsheets, and towels were so dirty they had changed color. The smell of dampness and mold was suffocating, and because there was no ventilation, we had to open the windows in -3°C weather after every shower. The breakfast was a joke—no variety and poor quality for the price. The staff were unprofessional and completely uncoordinated; new shifts had no idea what happened during the previous one. Do not waste your money on this place. It’s more of a low-end hostel than a hotel. Avoid at all costs!

Das Zimmer war von der Größe ausreichend und größtenteils sauber. Allerdings gab es teilweise Flecken auf dem Teppich, was den Gesamteindruck etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die vorhandenen Jalousien, die für eine gute Verdunkelung gesorgt haben. Leider war es im Zimmer extrem warm, da die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte – vermutlich, weil es Winter war. Ein Lüften über Nacht war aufgrund des Straßenlärms nicht möglich. Das Frühstück war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, sodass jeder etwas Passendes gefunden hat. Allerdings waren die Brötchen nicht frisch und sehr klein. Zudem gab es täglich das gleiche Angebot, leider ohne Abwechslung, zum Beispiel beim Aufschnitt. Sehr positiv war die zentrale Lage des Hotels. Die Nähe zum Schloss Schönbrunn, zur U-Bahn sowie zur Hop-on-Hop-off-Haltestelle war äußerst praktisch und ideal für Sightseeing.

Zimmer war toll. Service hervorragend. Als kleine Anmerkung: Bei dem supertollen Frühstück fehlte mir leider ein Tischabfallbehälter. Ansonsten top Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bischen in die Jahre gekommen aber perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Badewanne im Bad, alles da was man braucht. U-Bahn fast direkt neben dem Hotel, perfekte Anbindung in die Stadt oder zum Prater. Schloss Schönbrunn in 5-10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parkplatz im Hinterhof 25€ pro Nacht. Sehr guter Service beim Frühstück. Am Abreisetag konnten wir das Auto nach dem Auschecken noch geparkt lassen und in Ruhe noch Schönbrunn erkunden.

Kleinere Mängel bei Check-In, ohne Umstand neues Zimmer bekommen. Preise an der Hotelbar etwas hoch, Fitnessstudio hat mich leider etwas enttäuscht. Wurde zwar als Mini beworben, aber die Auswahl der Geräte war für mich leider zu wenig. Ansonsten sehr nettes, bemühtes Personal. Zimmer sind teilweise etwas alt.
