Clean, good hotel located at walking distance from public transportation, stores, and some of Vienna's attractions. The staff was very nice, polite, and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a large variety of foods. The rooftop terrace and the room's back patio were big pluses We will definitely stay here in the future,and we'll recommend it to friends and family.

This hotel is very nice, with decent-sized rooms, located in a very convenient area. The rooms are equipped with record players and one can borrow records from the front desk. There is a great breakfast and they play real music in the dining area. Lovely place!

Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for what I wanted to see with most things being a fifteen minute walk. The bed was large and comfortable and the shower, hot and powerful. The entire hotel has a stylish somewhat funky design. The gym was small but fine and the large sauna was especially nice. Breakfast was excellent, especially the potstickers. would highly recommend the hotel.

Spacious rooms perfect for family. I felt safe that the lobby doors locked and you needed a key for re entry. There was a washer so it’s great for long stays. It was right in front of the tram, which is super convenient.

Perfect spot to stay in Vienna if you want a local feel. Right by central metro lines to get around easily, and close to cool bars, cafes and shops in Neubau. The rooms were lovely and we enjoyed the gym, sauna and rooftop bar. We would absolutely stay here again if we returned to Vienna.

Nice place. I did feel like fashion was more important than function, but it was overall good. Storage in the room was awkward, the lights were dim, and two people getting ready required patience. That is more of an “function” discussion, though. It was maintained well. Overall, it was a fun place, walkable to food options and shopping. A longer walk to attractions and transit. They had good service at the front desk.

My group loved the rooms, the unusually style, the layout and mostly the excellent shower. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a short walk to either a tram stop, underground station or bus stop but not too much of a walk into the main city centre. Breakfast was great, there were so many things to choose from and always pity of food available.

Room was so dark, a few lights but dim ones at that, and the dark walls and ceilings hardly help, also no suitable desk or chair for computer work made things a challenge, maybe I picked too low end of a room. Otherwise ok.
