Everything was very nice, the room was very spacious and clean, the only thing we had problem was with the shower, but other than that I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting the beautiful city of Vienna.

Well situated but tricky to find the entrance first time. We had a superior room which was spacious and clean.

The main entrance to half of the rooms do no work, so you have to either push your bags up some stairs or wait in the rain for someone to open it. Some rooms are in half floors that are only accesible by stairs (and no one will help you push your bags up the stairs). The staff is disorganized and, although they try to help us, we had to come back several times to the hotel because they were unclear of their own procedures. The main entrance of the hotel is through a passage that closes at 10pm. After that you have to walk a lot and enter through the parking lot. Overall is a really expensive hotel that do not match the price nor the name.

Hotel has a Parking Garage, and there is a Metro Station directly at the Hotel. Staf, Wifi, Food, and services are all 5*. From now on only this Hotel when I am in Wien.

Family Holiday

Great Location, lots of shopping around, lots of restaurants, local transport and touristic spots, all within walking distance.However if there is a slight drawback the entrance is some how hidden. The rooms are large, breakfast spread is reasonably good and quality. Would recommend and stay again here

Basic hotel with a good spread of breakfast, liked the size of the room but it was very cold in the end of May. On the U3 station so very easily accessible… Plenty of things around to shop or eat or see… Recommended

Vienna hotel experience

New years trip, location close to everything. Great customer service, always went out of there way to make sure we were taking care of. Extra early check in was not a problem at no extra charge. Breakfast was the best! We will visit this property again.

Good hotel in need of updating

The location of this hotel is perfect, on line U3. Our apartment was spacious and quiet. The cleaning staff is doing a wonderful job. However the hotel is quite dated and the apartment could do with some refurbishment.

Time for a remodel

Our room was very outdated and dark. There weren’t enough light fixtures to begin with, and the bulbs were very dim. I think they’ve taken eco-friendly too far. The staff was good, particularly Patrick, who went above and beyond.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable: the mattresses are very hard. The additional bed had no mattress at all, just the coach deployed and you could feel sleeping the metalic frame. Impossible to have a proper sleep...

El personal que contratan es muy incompetente cometieron un error pagué los desayunos durante mi estancia y un día que me encontraba en el restaurant una escuincla andaba tras de mí diciéndome que no podía desayunar por qué no lo tenía incluido le dije que lo checara en recepción y nuevamente me anduvo siguiendo por el restaurant para decirme que no podía desayunar, me salí molesto directo a recepción y después de checar me dicen puede pasar a desayunar a lo que respondí que ya no quería su servicio y solicité el reembolso de mi pago el cual si me lo hicieron. Pero que molesto que te traten como delincuente
