"We had a slight hiccup with check in but only because hotels.com did something weird on their end. Receptionist was able to figure it out and got us squared away. Breakfast buffet was good and our room was clean and comfy. Would stay here again."

"Hotel has a green policy so no cleaning of rooms change of towels or bedding unless upon request which I get on one or two night stays. We stayed 7 nights in a suite with a separate living room/ lounge which I think should have been cleaned at least once during our stay without having to request ..."
