"Great place, great staff, great stay. The place has profile to the locals so be aware of that should the subject come up when out and about for negotiation purposes. Another review said its showing some minor signs of age which is true but I found my room in great condition. They're always doing maintenance and run a tight ship from what I can tell. I will stay again on my next visit to Laos!"

Nice clean hotel, but I wish the breakfast also had more European/western food. staff is immensely patient: some Korean visitors were yelling at the reception staff 4 times during my stay, and the staff didnt shout back. If it was in Europe, those guest would have been thrown out. Way too polite staff! South Koreans really need to do something with their attitude. I have several South Korean friends and all of them are great people. "

"Room were clean but out dated. The shower water smell like sewage. I book tour with them over price. No tour guide just some one take u to spots and rush u. Do not take tours with hotel. No Restaurants. Breakfast is basic."
