Nice place to stay, otherwise if you get those rooms that are facing the street then it really loud from the other side of street from playing music at night. Otherwise it good. Some of the rooms a/c are not as cold as other rooms. Some room are broken down, like leaking from sink, bathroom door and dresser door handles are missing or broken. Same things with shower head, but didn’t bother me too much. If you are looking for a place that are really nice than it not this hotel. This is your average hotel that all.

Nothing like in the picture.. breakfasts was horrible, TV with no reception, phone doesn’t work not even connected to line. Two twin bed are connected to make king size bed .. every uncomfortable would not book there again .. people don’t be fooled by the picture..

Great location and friendly staff. Only two receptionists spoke or understood English. Had problem identifying local breakfast food items due to language barrier and no name cards next to food item (I am a vegetarian). Laundry came without ironing. Not even folded properly. Wanted a foot massage but the area was full of non-customer young people chatting seated on masseur chairs. Strong spot light from the pool on to my window (1st night). Uable to call reception, the phone was engaged.

This place did not look anything like the picture! My guests and i hated it! It's so loud starting at about 7am, like a zoo. The phones did not work when trying to get a hold of front desk, hasn't been working for days, ac is terrible, bathroom is dirty, tv is staticky, huge cobweb on the ceiling, the breakfast area was dirty and unsanitary, the elevator smelled like someone died in there, n one morning at 9am we had 2 men trying to break in our room n when i asked why they were there they said they were there to clean the ac, (really at 9am and nobody gave us a heads up and also when they knocked they didn't give me time to get up n answer the door, they were trying to come in but luckily i had locked the door from my side). My bed has little hairs everywhere including a pubic hair and they claim ppl come to clean it daily but they do a half ass job, i can't stand it when my mirrors are dirty and they were dirty the entire time we were there. I can go on and on but I'm going to stop right there.

Easy to check in, friendly staffs and they got big lobby. The room are Nice and decent size. the prices you paid for the room is fair. Breakfast was quite nice, with more options than other hotels around. There room service everyday, or else you tell them you don’t need. There restaurant across the street and next to the hotel as well. The room need to be up keep a little bit more. Otherwise everything else is great.

C’est un hôtel correct, assez bien positionné. Il s’agit d’une structure qui a déjà quelque année et qui pourrait bénéficier d’un certain ménage. La salle de sport est un entreposage et la piacine n’est pas nettoyée, autrement le déjeuner est varié et la chambre était bien confortable.

I reserve this hotel thinking it was a four-star hotel but by Western standard this is like a two-star hotel, the phone was disconnected no cable connected to it in the room and the TV and the refrigerator were all disconnected from the outlet. However the area is okay you are near the clubs and mall and walkable places nearby.

The staff definitely tries to work with you if there are any issues. Had some unclean rooms when we came in on New Year’s Eve but that’s normal with a barebones staff. We had some weird mixup on checkin too but these guys work with you and it was sorted out. I like the staff’s flexibility on languages especially with all the tourists. The morning breakfast is exquisite! Don’t miss it. It’s better than 90% of the food you will find throughout the city.

I do not recommend this place, other than an affordable cost, there was garbage everywhere, in the main entrance, lobby and elevator. Debris and standing water in the elevator, awful smells from the elevator. The front desk staff was polite. However the big and smelly garbage truck blocking main entrance wasnt very attractive. The rooms are outdated, very old furniture in the rooms. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was horrible, very limited options, non of the food tastes fresh. I will not be booking this place in the future.

I loved this hotel - great location, clean, friendly - really great breakfast included - room was quiet and the elevator was quick and responsive. We could walk five minuted to the large city mall and walk in the other direction to a great French/Laos Restaurant that had live music after 8pm. The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to serve.

5 nights here. Very good breakfast and pool is very clean and nice to spend the afternoon. Lobby comfortable and clean. Room was rather dusty when we arrived, but when housekeeping cleaned the next day it was cleaned up nicely. Beds and room comfortable with enough room in our family room. 15 minutes walk to river front. Would stay here again.
