"We really enjoyed the friendly staff, the cleanliness and the wonderful viewed throughout the resort. Loved the breakfast buffet at "Ventanas". On our prior visit, the restaurant was not open since Hurricane Maria caused damage to the property, so it was a pleasant surprise to find it was reopened. Our 10 yr old granddaugther loved the food at Ventanas & loved Coqui water park as well. The only negative issue was the sunken bathtubs/shower in our room. My husband & I both have knee/hip issues, so it was painful geting in & out of the bathtub. Will definitely call the property to inquire if all rooms have the same issue. Besides that, our stay was outstanding!"

"The property is rustic and ecclectic, close to town. Our rooms had all we needed for short stay. The views from 2nd floor amazing. The owner made certain to text important information before we arrived and made it a point to be there to welcome us personally, give us tour of property, and map with information regarding Vieques, colmados, times, etc. There was coffee, juice, bread, fruit and sweets in the morning. Towels, bug spray, etc for our use. Positive stay. "

"I booked for work purposes but ended up wanting to extend my stay. Very nice staff & costumer service, including the owner, she understood my situation and facilitated it. "

"The staff was always polite, friendly , respectful and ready to help. The property was beautiful but unfortunately for us the beach was not in good condition due to the large amount of seaweed on the beach and in the ocean. If the beach had been accessible it would have been a perfect vacation. "
